Welcome to Wraithbait, the Stargate: Atlantis fanfiction archive. We accept stories of all types and all pairings pertaining to the show Stargate: Atlantis and are affiliated with the Wraithbait (slash) and Wraithgate (general and het) Stargate: Atlantis mailing lists.

Please note that we do not, however, accept stories featuring real person fiction or underage relationships.

This is a moderated archive and stories that do not comply with the rules will unfortunately not be accepted. You will also need to ensure that your browser has cookies enabled, in order to be able to log in. We do not accept account registrations from anyone under the age of 13. You need to be at least 13 to create an account, and by creating an account on the site you are confirming that you are, in fact, of an age to do so. Anon reviews are still off but we've had a couple of accounts set up specifically to leave signed reviews. We've locked them, deleted the reviews and will take further action when I'm back at a PC, but if you receive a signed spam review please forward the notification mail to one of the archivists. Using the report function doesn't give us a working URL for the review but forwarding the notification will and we'll delete the review and prevent the spammer accessing the account again.

Many of you have already noticed that Wraithbait is getting deluged by spam reviews. Captcha is on, and not trapping them, which tells us that probably it's people as well as bots. We have therefore temporarily turned off anonymous reviews.

You can delete your anonymous spam 'reviews' by going into your affected stories and clicking on Delete. We would very much appreciate if you could do that rather than asking us to delete them for you-- unfortunately e-fiction does not allow us to easily bulk delete reviews, there is always a chance we will catch a genuine review.

It's a hassle for all of us-- we're doing what we can to sort things out for those who need help removing spam and if you can help us out on clearing it from your own stories that would be tremendously helpful.

Good news -- our webhosts have fixed the Captcha problem, and any processes needing Captcha (reviews, joining the site, using 'contact') should now be working again.

Non-members of the site may find that the usual Captcha code that you input to prove you're a real human being and not a spambot is not working. The pictures aren't displaying and so you can't post your review, join the site as a new member or use the 'Contact' function.

We are investigating this, and will update you as soon as we know more. In the meantime, if you have an account already, you may want to log in to leave reviews.

Temaris

We've added Kate Heightmeyer, Richard Woolsey and Acastus Kolya as characters, and Mitchell/Sheppard and Sheppard/Woolsey, Woolsey/Other, Kolya/Other, Kolya/Sheppard and Kolya/McKay as pairings within the slash category, and Woolsey/Other and Kolya/Other in the Ship category. These can now be used in any story. Where possible, we've changed relevant stories to have the correct tags, but please do check as we've been going by the summaries, and if the pairing was not indicated there, we didn't edit the pairing. If you want to edit your story to include the new character names or pairings, you can do so from 'account info', 'Manage Stories', and 'Edit'.
